  • Initial Diagnosis: This error suggests there is a problem with retrieving advertiser data from the Display & Video 360 (DV360) API. This could be due to API authentication issues, missing permissions, or misconfiguration in the API setup within Data Integration.

Action steps

To resolve the error, follow these steps:

  1. Check DV360 API Credentials:

    • Ensure that your DV360 API credentials (client ID, client secret) are correctly set up in your Data Integration connection.
    • Verify that these credentials have the necessary permissions to access advertiser data.
  2. Reconnect/Refresh API Authorization:

    • Sometimes, authentication tokens expire or become invalid. Try reconnecting to the DV360 account to renew the authorization token.
  3. Review Data Integration Connection Settings:

    • Go to your Data Integration console, review the DV360 connection settings, and ensure all necessary fields are filled out correctly.
  4. Check DV360 Account Settings:

    • Ensure that the DV360 account you are trying to access is in good standing and that the API is enabled for that account.
