To resolve the error, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Verify your Data Integration connection setup to ensure it passes the test successfully. Any changes in credentials or permissions may require re-authentication.
  • Step 2: Make sure the account used to authenticate the Data Integration connection has the necessary permissions in DV360 to access all queries.
  • Step 3: Refresh the Data Integration page in your browser and attempt to load the saved queries again.
  • Step 4: Check the compatibility of the saved queries. Some reports or queries in DV360 may not be available through the API because the API does not support certain features or columns.
  • Step 5: If the issue persists after these checks, consider recreating the saved query in DV360 to ensure it aligns with API restrictions and then try fetching it again.
  • Step 6: If steps 1-5 do not resolve the issue, you might review the logs and configurations related to your DV360 API usage.
