Action steps

To resolve the error, follow these steps:

  • Reconnect your DV360 account to ensure that you provide the necessary access token. This process involves refreshing or re-entering the authentication credentials.
  • Follow these steps for reconnecting:
    1. Go to the Data Integration console and locate your DV360 data connector.
    2. Click on the connection and then on "Edit" to modify authentication details.
    3. Ensure that the latest access token is entered. If needed, generate a new token from the Google Cloud Console associated with your DV360 account.
    4. Make sure to save the changes and test the connection to verify that the authentication is successful.
