Issue summary

  • The error code RVR-DC-216 indicates that the report format in the DCM (DoubleClick Campaign Manager) is not supported. Data Integration requires that the report be configured in CSV format, but the report may be configured in another format such as XLS or another non-supported type. This prevents the Data Integration platform from processing the data as expected.
  • The report needs to be configured to output data in CSV format rather than any other formats such as XLS.

Action steps

To resolve the error, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your DoubleClick Campaign Manager account.
  2. Locate the report that you are trying to use with Data Integration.
  3. Verify the current format of the report in DCM. If it is not set to CSV, access the report settings and change the export format to CSV.
  4. Save the changes and ensure that the report generation process outputs data in CSV format.
  5. Double-check any automated processes or scripts that might reset or alter the report settings. If you trigger the report through a scheduling process, ensure the correct options are selected for each scheduled run to maintain the CSV format consistently.
  6. Re-run the integration process through Data Integration to resolve the issue.
