  1. Verify API Connection: Ensure that your connection to the Criteo API is properly configured. Test the connection to confirm that Criteo's API credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) are correct. You can refer to the guideline on establishing a connection in Data Integration documentation.
  2. Check Filter Criteria: Review the filters used in your report request. If you are filtering by advertisers, ensure that the criteria match with existing active advertisers. You can try removing the filters to view if any results appear.
  3. Inspect Report Settings: Double-check the settings for your report to verify that all necessary fields, such as time periods and other dimensions or metrics, are correctly configured.
  4. Consult Logs: Look at the logs generated by Data Integration when the request occurred. This might provide insights into why no results appear.
