  3. Review API Specifications: Ensure the request structure (headers, body, endpoint URLs) matches the requirements of the Cellxpert API. Check the required HTTP methods (GET, POST, etc.), URL format, and parameters.
    • Network Issues: Confirm that there are no network issues or restrictions from your network or firewall that could prevent reaching the Cellxpert API server.
    • Refer to Data Integration and Cellxpert Specifications: Verify any additional requirements or configurations needed that could affect the API requests.
    • Test Connection: Use the Test Connection feature in Data Integration, if available, to diagnose connection issues further. This can help isolate whether the issue is with the credentials or network connectivity.
