RVR-APPSFLYER-205

Issue summary

The error code RVR-APPSFLYER-205 with the message "Could not execute column mapping - no data." indicates a failure during column mapping because the platform is not retrieving data from the AppsFlyer source. This failure occurs when the dataset is empty, the source settings are misconfigured, or the field mappings do not match the source schema.

Action steps

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Verify data source configuration: Confirm the AppsFlyer data source settings are correct and able to retrieve data. Verify that the credentials have the required permissions to access the selected datasets.
  2. Check data availability: Confirm that the AppsFlyer datasets you attempt to map and retrieve are not empty. If running a query or report, ensure the results contain data.
  3. Review column mapping settings: Verify that all columns in the mapping configuration align with the data fields available from the AppsFlyer source. If the source structure changes, update the mappings to reflect the new schema.
  4. Run a test query: Manually run a test query through AppsFlyer's platform to ensure data is processed correctly. Compare the structure and fields with your Data Integration.
  5. Check logs and error details: Review the Data Integration logs for any additional context of the error. Logs provide insights into why the column mapping is failing.
