RVR-APPSFLYER-204

Issue summary

The error code RVR-APPSFLYER-204 with the description "Request is missing end date" occurs when using the AppsFlyer data connector in Data Integration. This error indicates that the request to retrieve data is missing an end date, which is required to specify the data range.

Leaving the end date empty is acceptable for pulling data up to the current time of the river's run, these configurations might vary based on specific settings and API requirements.

Action steps

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Verify the end date: Ensure the AppsFlyer connector configuration in your Data Integration platform includes a valid end date. To run the report up to the current time, leave the end date field empty.

To successfully fetch data, Data Integration requires either a specified end date or configuration settings that correctly interpret or handle the absence of one.

  2. Review time parameters: Navigate to your river settings in Data Integration and identify misconfigured parameters affecting time settings. Update any incorrect values to match your intended extraction period.
  3. Align predefined date ranges: If you use features like Last Days Back For Each Run or Predefined date, ensure these settings align with the AppsFlyer API requirements. Check if these settings are causing the absence of an explicit end date.
  4. Sync API and period settings: Validate the AppsFlyer API settings sync with Data Integration date period settings to avoid missing information errors.
