Action steps

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Generate a public key in Data Integration:

    • Navigate to the Data Integration Console, and go to your connections.
    • Create a new connection or edit an existing one.
    • For Apple Ads, click on Create New Key Pair if not already done, and display the public key.

  2. Integrate the public key:

    • Copy the public key that includes "BEGIN PUBLIC KEY" and "END PUBLIC KEY".
    • Sign in to your Apple Ads account with admin permissions.
    • Go to "API" settings and paste this public key into the appropriate field and save.

  3. Complete the configuration:

    • Ensure that your Data Integration connection has the Client ID, Team ID, and Key ID from Apple Ads.
    • Test the connection in Data Integration to verify the setup.
