Issue summary

The error code RVR-ASA-212 with the message "Failed to get API response with forbidden error" while using the AppleSearchAds data connector in Data Integration. This error occurs due to access permission issues, such as missing or incorrect credentials or insufficient API permissions to access the Apple SearchAds API.

Action steps

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Check API credentials: Ensure that the Client ID, Team ID, and Key ID provided in the Data Integration is correct and matches the values in your Apple Search Ads account.
2. Generate new keys: If the current credentials are outdated, generate new API keys in the Apple Developer portal and update them in Data Integration. To generate a new public key in Data Integration, refer to Data Integration documentation.
3. Check user permissions: Ensure that the user account is invited with API Account Read Only permissions and the public key is correctly associated with the Apple Ads account.
4. Reconnect the account: Disconnect and reconnect the Data Integration account to Apple SearchAds, to ensure all steps, including granting permissions, are correct.
