The error code RVR-ASA-203 indicates a failure in the Data Integration platform while using the AppleSearchAds connector. This occurs when the maximum number of attempts to retrieve data from the AppleSearchAds API is exceeded. Possible causes include network issues, server-side problems, or incorrect configurations that result in repeated API request failures.

  1. Check network and API service status: Ensure there are no network issues or service outages on the AppleSearchAds side that might be causing request failures.
  2. Review API requests: Check the API request limits imposed by Apple Search Ads. Make sure that your requests stay within any such limits, and adjust your river settings to reduce the number of requests if necessary. Change the date range or the frequency of data retrieval to align with the API limit.
  3. Investigate Request configuration: Ensure that the configuration for your AppleSearchAds connector is correct in Data Integration. Incorrect credentials or parameters might also lead to repeated failures.
  4. Use interval chunks or Adjust date ranges: If large or numerous request results are expected, consider segmenting data retrieval using Data Integration interval chunk features to prevent request overload.
