1. Verify API credentials: Confirm the client_id, team_id, and key_id are correct in Data Integration. Ensure you added the appropriate public key provided by Data Integration in the Apple Ads account.
2. Check permissions: Make sure that the Apple ID used has the necessary API permissions. You must set permissions to "API Account Read Only" for the user account associated with the API credentials.
3. OAuth configuration: Verify the OAuth configuration in Data Integration is accurate. You must add the Data Integration URL to the list of "Authorized Redirect URLs" in the Apple Ads application.
4. Regenerate tokens: Generate new API tokens and update them in the Data Integration connection settings. This process resolves issues caused by expired or revoked tokens.
