This error is due to the application setup (such as redirect URI or client credentials) for obtaining access tokens is incorrectly configured in Apple Search Ads or Data Integration.
Action steps
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Verify credentials: Ensure all the credentials such as Client ID, Client Secret, and configurations (such as the authorized redirect URIs) are correctly set up in both Apple Search Ads and Data Integration.
- Re-authenticate: If there were any recent configuration changes, or change in token permissions, remove the existing connection and reconnecting it. Edit the connection settings in Data Integration and authenticating again with the updated credentials.
- Check network and access permissions: Ensure no network issues are blocking access to Apple Search Ads, and the account used has all the necessary permissions to request an access token.
