  1. Ensure that your Apple account has a trusted phone number configured for two-factor authentication:
    1. Go to your Apple ID Settings page.
    2. Select the "Security" section and add or verify that a trusted phone number is set. The number used must remain listed as a trusted number.

  2. Check that the number is correctly entered within Apple Settings to ensure the 2FA can be completed successfully.
