This issue occurs when there is a change in authentication settings, credentials are outdated, or 2FA has been implemented but not configured correctly within the Data Integration platform.

Action steps

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Check 2FA device or method: Verify that the 2FA method (SMS, Authenticator app) linked to the service is active and functioning correctly. Ensure the device used for 2FA is accessible and operational to receive authentication codes.
  2. Reconfigure connection: In Data Integration, reconfigure the connection to appstore_apps, ensuring that the correct 2FA information is provided.
  3. Update Authentication details: Verify that the stored credentials in Data Integration, such as passwords or tokens, are up to date. If the 2FA setup has changed due to new security policies, update the authentication information accordingly.
  4. Check Admin changes: If you are not the Administrator, verify if changes have been made to authentication policies or 2FA settings within the account settings that could affect the connection. Collaborate with the Administrator if needed to adapt to new configurations.
