RVR-APS-001

Issue summary

The error code RVR-APS-001 indicates an authentication failure with the "appstore_app "'s data connector. This error occurs when the two-factor authentication (2FA) settings or trusted phone numbers for the Apple ID are missing or misconfigured for the specific account.

Action steps

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Verify Apple 2FA setup: Confirm that the 2FA is correctly set up on your Apple account and your phone number is trusted.
    • Navigate to your Apple ID settings and check the security section.
    • Click Edit on the security section and verify your phone number is listed under "Trusted Phone Numbers".
    • Ensure to enter the 2FA code without spaces. Your phone number should remain in the trusted list for the connection to work.
  2. Reconnect account: If you have recently changed your account configuration, reconnect your account in Data Integration to refresh the settings.
  3. Test connection: Use the Test Connection feature within Data Integration to verify your Apple ID and Password are authenticated successfully.
