3. Review Data Integration logs: Examine the logs associated with the River execution to gather details about what might have failed during the report downloading process.
4. Network and firewall setup: Verify that the network settings and firewall rules enable communication between Data Integration and Anaplan. Confirm the IP addresses are on the Anaplan allowed list.
5. Configuration review: Verify the configuration settings specific to the downloaded report. Ensure that all report details and parameters are correctly set in the Data Integration interface.
6. Update and rerun: Apply necessary updates to the connection details or River configuration and try rerunning the River.
