RVR-ANA-100

Issue summary

The error code RVR-ANA-100 indicates that one or more mandatory fields required to establish an Anaplan connection are missing. Data Integration requires the Username, Password, Workspace ID, and Model ID to authenticate and access specific Anaplan workspace and model data.

Action steps

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Verify credentials and IDs: Ensure you have all the required credentials and IDs:

   • Username: Your Anaplan account username.
   • Password: The password associated with the Anaplan account.
   • Workspace ID: Sign in to the Anaplan interface, select help (? icon), and choose "About" to locate the unique ID.
   • Model ID: Locate this ID in the same "About" section in Anaplan.

2. Update the connection in Data Integration:

   • Navigate to the Data Integration Console.
   • Click Connections from left-hand menu.
   • Find your existing Anaplan connection or create a new one by clicking "+ New Connection".
   • Enter the required fields:
     • Username
     • Password
     • Workspace ID
     • Model ID
   • Click Test connection to validate the inputs and establish connectivity.

3. Save the updated connection: After successfully testing the connection, click Save to save the updated connection settings in Data Integration.
