  2. Network and IP whitelisting: Network issues may prevent Data Integration from reaching Amplitude's servers.

    • Confirm that your network permits connections to Amplitude. Data Integration IP addresses should be whitelisted to enable this connectivity.
    • Check the IPs specific to your Data Integration account location.
  3. Configuration in Data Integration: Verify the connection settings when setting up the Amplitude connector in Data Integration:

    • Ensure the Connection Name, API Key, Secret Key, and Region are correct.
    • Click Test Connection in Data Integration to verify the connection setup.
  4. Additional checks:

    • Ensure no recent configuration changes in Amplitude affect the API's access.
    • Check for specific restrictions or limits configured within Amplitude that might need adjustments.
