Issue summary

The error message with code RVR-ART-001 indicates that the Airtable connection in Data Integration is missing mandatory authorization fields. This error occurs because of incorrect or incomplete credentials, such as an API key or OAuth settings in the connection configuration.

Ensure that all necessary authorization fields are correct in the Data Integration Airtable connection setup.

Action steps

  1. Log in to your Airtable account and check the existing API keys or switch to using OAuth.

Airtable is moving from API Key to OAuth 2.0.

  1. Navigate to your Data Integration console and navigate to the "Connections" tab.
  2. For API keys, update or verify the existing keys.
    If you want to use OAuth 2.0:
    • Click "Connect to Airtable" and follow the OAuth flow, ensuring you log in and authorize Data Integration.
  3. If you have entered an API Key, re-check its validity and ensure it is linked correctly to your Airtable Base.
  4. Click Test Connection feature in Data Integration to make sure the credentials work by providing a Base ID and Table name from Airtable.
