RVR-ACTIVATE-100

  1. Verify connection name: Check the connection name used in the data source configuration within Data Integration. Ensure it matches the connection name intended for use.
  2. Confirm connection existence: Find if the connection was deleted or never created. You can do this by navigating to the Connections tab in your Data Integration account and confirming the existence of the connection.
  3. Create a connection: If the connection does not exist, create a new connection with the credentials and settings:
    • Navigate to the Data Integration console, go to Connections, and click Create New Connection.
    • Select the correct connection type (ensure it fits the intended data source or target).
    • Enter the credentials and configuration details.
    • Click Save and test the connection to ensure it is active and functional.
