Typefully MCP connector

Typefully is a social media scheduling and publishing tool for creating and managing content drafts across multiple platforms. The Typefully MCP connector allows AI agents to create, retrieve, update, and delete drafts, as well as manage social media sets for organizing content. It also supports uploading media assets and listing drafts to help agents coordinate social media publishing workflows.
