Typefully MCP connector

Typefully is a social media scheduling and publishing platform for creating and managing drafts across multiple accounts. The Typefully MCP connector allows AI agents to create, update, and delete drafts, as well as retrieve individual drafts or list all existing ones. It also supports uploading media and listing social sets, giving agents visibility into the accounts and content available for scheduling.
