Heap is a digital insights platform that automatically captures user interactions across web and mobile applications. The Heap MCP connector allows AI agents to add custom events, sending behavioral data into Heap for analysis. It also supports enriching product analytics workflows by feeding real-time interaction data into the platform for downstream reporting and segmentation.

Authentication type

  • API Key - Requires a static API key to be configured before the agent can connect to the service.
