Logging in as an OIDC user to Configuration Manager

Procedure

  1. Log in to Configuration Manager. The OIDC Login button is now present on the login page.

  2. Click on the OIDC Login button. As a result you will be navigated to the Ping ID login page.

  3. Log in to Ping ID or OIDC provider using created user credentials.

    After a successful login, the OIDC user will get logged in to the Configuration Manager homepage.

  4. On the homepage, click Members to view the newly added entry of the OIDC user.

  5. Click on the OIDC member username and go to the Portal Access Group page for the selected member. Here, you see the added roles.

    The roles you see here get assigned while choosing roles for the OIDC user in the Cluster Settings > Authentication (under the OIDC Setting section) page.
