Modifying Call Log Export Settings

You can modify general settings of call log export, such as name, status, bucket name, bucket encryption, UUID, filter criteria, and sensitive data masking on the Call Log Export Setting page.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Analyze > Call Log Exports. This opens the Manage your Call Log Exports page.

  2. In the Call Log Exports Name column, click the specific call log export name link or Settings icon next to the row you want to update the profile details. This opens the Call Log Export Settings: <your profile name> page.

  3. Modify the fields as required.

    In the Status field, enable or disable the profile status. When this field is enabled:

    • It generates a file in the provided bucket every half hour, containing records for all API calls logged that match the settings defined in the Call Log Export Filter Criteria on the New Call Log Export pop-up window.

    • It includes a UUID (unique ID for the call log export) as part of the file name for the generated log file.

    You can also delete a call log export profile on the Call Log Export Settings: <your profile name> page. Click Delete, and then click Confirm.

  4. Click Save. The Call Log Export Settings are modified.
