Filtering API Calls

Apply filters and view API data about specific calls. Based on the filters set, calls are listed under the Service Calls section.

Procedure

  1. In Start and End, select the Start (date, time) and End (date, time) range of logged API calls.

    note

    The date and time are set to GMT. It supports a maximum historical window of 7 days.

  2. In Service, select the service of the API call. You can select a specific service or all services from the list.

  3. In API Key, enter the Package Key, used to make API calls.

  4. In Message ID, enter the unique message ID assigned to the request-response pair.

  5. In IP Address, enter the IP address of the client that calls the API.

  6. In Status Code, select the status code.

  7. Click Apply. This filters the API call according to the specified attributes.
