This report displays error reports for a Package or Service. Navigate to Errors (refer to Next Steps) to access reports on this page.
Error Volume
This report displays the number of errors received by any developer in a selected date range.
Errors
This report displays all or specific errors associated with a particular developer or method. You can also filter the list of errors by various options such as All Methods, Defined Methods, Plan, User, or Error.
You can view error reports for a package or service after selecting a package or service in the Select or Search for a Package or Select or Search for a Service field on the Packages and Services page.
You can also filter errors by All Methods, Defined Method, Undefined Method, Plan, User, or Error.
- All Methods, Defined Method, Undefined Method,and Plan options are available only on the Packages - Errors page.
- The Methods option is only available on the Services - Errors page.
Errors (Packages or Services): Field and Descriptions
The following table describes the fields in the Errors report.
| Field | Description |

| Method or Display Name | The method name or display name of the developer. |
| Endpoint | The defined endpoint. |
| Service | The API Service in a Plan that contains this endpoint. |
| Plan | The Plan that contains the Service. |
| Error Volume or Volume | Number of errors received by any developer. |
| Change | The unit change in the total traffic compared to the previous period recorded. |
| Application | Application that is utilizing the API Service. |
| Percent | Percentage of total number of errors for the selected period. |
Top 5 Error Response Codes
This report displays the top five error response codes by volume. Error codes are distinguished using Legends.
You can view this report for a Service after selecting a service in the Select or Search for a Service field on the Services Page, and then navigating to the Errors tab.
