Overview for Selected Packages or Services

The Packages or Services - Overview page displays reports about a particular Package or API. You can view the reports related to the Package or API by navigating to the Overview, Developer Activity, API Usage, and System Status tabs.

The following reports are available for a particular package or service on the Packages or Services - Overview page:

Successful API Calls

This report displays the volume of successful API calls made for a Package or Service in the selected date range.

API Usage (for specific API)

In this section, sparklines are plotted on a graph to communicate the overall trend of the three categories: Successful Calls, Blocked Calls, and Other Responses. Refer to API Usage for more information.

This report displays data for a selected Package or API, unlike the API Usage Report on the Summary page, which displays the data for all APIs.

Developer Community

This section displays the number of active developers for a specific Package or API.

The number of active developers responds to filter selections made on the Overview page.

Top 5 Method Calls

This report displays the top five methods in a Package or an API Service that are called within a selected date range. Refer to Method Reports for Packages and Method Reports for Services for more information.

Most Active Developers

This report displays a list of the top 10 most active developers by successful call volume who are using a Package or an API.

Most Active Developers: Fields and Descriptions

The following table describes the fields in the Most Active Developers report.

FieldDescription
UsernameUser or developer name.
PlanThe Plan that contains the utilized API Service (applicable to the report displayed on the Packages - All Plans list).
Successful CallsNumber of successful calls.
PercentPercentage of successful calls relative to all API calls received by the Plan for the selected date range.
Blocked Calls

Calls that return a 403 error for any of the following reasons:

1. Quota or throttle limit is crossed.

2. Developer is inactive.

3. Developer is not authorized.

4. The referrer is unknown.

You can view the detailed developer activity report by clicking on View All Active Developers. Refer to Developer Activity for more information.

Data Served

The Data Served report displays the quantity of data transferred through the Service, Package, or Plan expressed as a decimal value in gigabytes (GB) units. The Y-axis represents the transferred data values.
