Managing Package Keys on User Package Keys page
The Package Keys, sometimes simply referred to as keys, associated with a user can be created and managed on the User page. All Package Keys associated with a user are listed on the User Package Keys page.
You can also create a Package Key on the Manage > Package Keys page. To learn more, refer to Creating Package Keys on Manage your Package Keys page.
Creating Package Keys
Procedure

Navigate to Manage > Users. This opens the Manage your Users page.

In the Username column, click the username link next to the row for which you want to open all the package keys associated with the selected user. This opens the User Access Settings:

In the left navigation menu, click Package Keys. This opens the User Package Keys:
<your username>page, where all Package Keys associated with the user account are displayed.In the New Package Key window, provide the following values:

In Username, enter the username for which you want to create the package key.

In Application, select an application from the drop-down list next to the selected username.

In API Package, select a package from the drop-down list.
infoEvery API Package should have an API Plan. You must ensure that the selected package from the list has a plan associated with it. If not, create a plan for it. To learn more, see Creating API Plans.

In API Plan, select a plan from the drop-down list next to the selected package.

Optional: In Expiration Date, select an expiration date for the key, or you can leave it empty if you do not want the key to expire.

In Which type of key would you like to create?, choose Generate a new key or Enter a custom key.
- If selected Generate a new key, then a new system-generated key value package key will be generated.
- If selected Enter a custom key, then provide a custom package key and secret (optional) values.

Click Save and close or Save and continue.
