Searching and Filtering in Control Center

The Search functionality in Control Center supports both partial and complete string matches for the data in the specified columns on Control Center pages.

Refer to the following table to improve your search experience and efficiently refine results without manually browsing through lists. It outlines the appropriate attributes you can use as search filters on the Applications, Users, Package Key, Portal Access Groups, API Marketplace, APIs, Endpoints, Methods, Packages, and API Plans pages.

Searching

Procedure

  1. In the Search box, enter the text. The Search functionality searches for the specified text (partial or complete match) in the selected fields.

    Or

    In the All Fields, select one or more values from the drop-down list.

  2. Click the Search icon. The records containing the specified search text for the selected fields are displayed on the page.

Filtering

The filter performs exact string matching for all the specified filter attributes on the Applications, Users, and Package Key pages. Depending on the page you want to apply a filter to, the list will be filtered according to the attributes specified on the Control Center pages.

Procedure

  1. Click Filters icon. This opens the Filter pop-up window.

  2. Select an attribute from the Show items where list.

  3. Enter the filter string in the field.

  4. Click the Add (+) icon to add the attribute to the filter list. You can add up to five attributes.

  5. Click Apply. The list on each page is filtered according to the attributes specified.
