Creating a Portal Access Group

Users can be added to the Portal Access Group regardless of whether or not the user belongs to the Organization.

Procedure

  1. Click Portal Access Groups on the Get Started page or navigate to Manage > Portal Access Groups. This opens the Manage your Portal Access Groups page.

  2. Click New Portal Access Group. This opens the New Portal Access Group pop-up window.

    1. In Portal Access Group Name, enter the name of the Portal Access Group.

    2. In the Organization to own this Portal Access Group, select an Organization name that will own the Portal Access Group.

    When creating Portal Access Groups, you have to provide the Organization name to which the Portal Access Group will belong.

  3. Click Save and close or Save and continue.

    • Selecting Save and close opens the newly created portal access group on the Manage your Portal Access Groups page.

    • Selecting Save and continue opens the newly created portal access group on the Organization Portal Access Groups Overview: <your pag name> page.
