Managing Portal Access Group Plans
This page displays the Portal Access Group Plans. Plans can belong to multiple Portal Access Groups in the same Organization. On the Developer Portal, users in a specific Portal Access Group can apply for Package keys for the Package-Plans listed in the same Portal Access Group.
You cannot add Plans of different Organizations to the same Portal Access Groups. To add Plans to the Portal Access Group, the Plans and Portal Access Group must be owned by the same Organization. For the Portal Access Group of the parent Organization, you can add Plans that are owned by the Sub-Organization. However, Plans owned by the parent Organization cannot be added to the Portal Access Group of the Sub-Organization.
An Administrator and an API Manager can add or remove Plans to the Portal Access Group, as follows:

Area Administrator and API Manager: They can add or remove Plans in the Portal Access Group. The Plans and Portal Access Group must be owned by the same Organization or its Sub-Organizations.

Organization Administrator and API Manager: They can add or remove Plans in the Portal Access Group. The Plans and Portal Access Group must be owned by the same Organization or its Sub-Organizations.

Sub-Organization Administrator and API Manager: They can add or remove Plans from the Portal Access Groups that belong to the Sub-Organization. The Plans and Portal Access Groups must be owned by the same Sub-Organizations.
Adding Portal Access Group Plans
The users in the Portal Access Groups can access the Plans from the Developer Portal. An Administrator can add Plans to the Portal Access Group.
To add Plans to the Portal Access Group, the Plans and Portal Access Group must be owned by the same Organization. For the Portal Access Group of the parent Organization, you can add Plans that are owned by the Sub-Organization. However, Plans owned by the parent Organization cannot be added to the Portal Access Group of the Sub-Organization.

Area Administrator and API Manager: They can add Plans to the Portal Access Groups that belong to a specific Organization and its Sub-Organizations.

Organization Administrator and API Manager: They can add Plans to the Portal Access Groups that belong to a specific Organization and its Sub-Organizations.

Sub-Organization Administrator and API Manager: They can add Plans to the Portal Access Groups that belong to the Sub-Organization.
Deleting Portal Access Group Plans
Only the following roles can delete Plans from Portal Access Groups:

Area Administrator and API Manager.
-
Organization Administrator and API Manager.
-
Sub-Organization Administrator and API Manager.
Procedure

Click Portal Access Group on the Get Started page or navigate to Manage > Portal Access Group. This opens the Manage your Portal Access Groups page.

In the Portal Access Groups Name column, click the portal access group name link or Actions (
>) icon next to the row you want to view or add a Plan to Portal Access Group. This opens the Portal Access Groups Overview:<your pag name>page. -
Navigate to Plans. This opens the Portal Access Group Plans:

Click Add Plans. This opens the Add users to Portal Access Group:

In Plans, select the Package-Plan name. First, select Package, then select the Plan from the list.

Click the Add (+) icon. The Package-Plan name is added to the list. Repeat the above steps to add multiple Package-Plans to build a list for the Organization.
noteFor the parent Organization, all the Package-Plans that belong to an Organization and Sub-Organizations are visible.
You can also remove the added Package-Plan from the list by clicking the Remove (-) icon.

Click Apply. The Package-Plan is added to the Portal Access Group.

You can also modify a Plan from Portal Access Group Plans:

- In the Portal Access Groups Name column, click the Settings icon next to the row you want to modify the API Plan settings. This opens API Plan Settings:

- Click Save.

You can also delete a Plan from the Portal Access Group Plans:

In the Plan Name column, select the Plan you would like to remove using the checkboxes next to their Plan name, and then click Remove Plans.

Click Confirm. The Plan is deleted from the Organization.
