Creating an Application

Create an Application Configure APIs and Applications > Applications page.

Before you begin

Add a plan to an API.

Procedure

1. Go to the Configure APIs and Applications > Applications page.

2. Click Create an Application.

3. Select an API Gateway.

4. Specify if the Application is enabled or disabled.

5. Give the Application a name, owner name, owner email, and optionally a description.

6. Add a description, additional contact information, and notes.

7. Click Save.

   The new Application, grouped by API Gateway, is added to the table on the Applications page.

   The Subscriptions column has default text that reads 0 Subscriptions meaning that the application is not currently subscribed to any APIs.
