In-client authentication

In-client authentication moves OAuth re-authentication out of the MCP Gateway user interface and into the agent's conversation. For every MCP server that uses OAuth, MCP Gateway exposes an authentication tool the agent can call inline. The user signs in from their browser and the agent retries the original request.
