RedPrairie On Demand WMS Connector

The RedPrairie On Demand WMS Connector enables you to easily integrate your RedPrairie On Demand WMS warehouses with accounting applications, order systems, parcel shipping systems, trading partners, and more. Integrating with RedPrairie On Demand WMS consists of Web Services requests and responses sent over a secure HTTPS connection. The technical details of this connection such as request headers, error handling, HTTPS authentication, etc. are all abstracted from the user to make implementation quick and easy.

Connector Configuration

Configuring a connector to communicate with RedPrairie On Demand WMS requires the setup of two different components:

This design allows for reusability of the components, which contain connection settings (URL, Username, Password) and operation settings (Object, Action, Data Definitions) that define the specific interaction with RedPrairie On Demand WMS such as Save Purchase Order or Lookup Shipments. Once your connection and operation are built, you will need to set up your connector within the Process. Once the RedPrairie On Demand WMS connector is defined properly within your process, Boomi AtomSphere will be able to map to and from virtually any system using the connector to retrieve data from or send data to the RedPrairie On Demand WMS application.

Prerequisites

Have RedPrairie On Demand WMS user accounts that default to each warehouse. The user must have sufficient role permissions to perform the required actions via the API.
Review and reference the SmartTurn Processes in the preloaded Process Library when building and customizing your Processes.
