The Parature Connector enables you to easily integrate your Parature On Demand Customer Support application data such as customers, tickets, and accounts with other systems including CRM applications, accounting packages, and more.
Connector Configuration
The Connector is comprised of two sub-Components:
- Connection - The Connection represents your Parature account. You will create one Connection Component per Parature account.
- Operation - The Operation represents an action against a specific record type. You will create one or more Operations, one for each type of interaction required by your integration scenario.
Supported Versions
- Enterprise Edition (Professional Edition is not supported)
Prerequisites
- Have a Parature account.
- Have a CSR user account with permissions to generate an API token. This requires a CSR user account with an API license enabled and an API Role granted.
Tracked Properties
This Connector has no Tracked Properties.
