Parature Connection

The Parature Connection represents a single Parature account.

Field Description
Host Host name for your Parature application account. This comes from the URL you go to when you log into the Parature front end. Note that this only the host name, not the entire URL. For production, this should always be:
supportcenteronline.com
Account ID Parature Account ID. You can get your Account ID by logging into the Parature Service Desk and view the support tickets. It is the numeric prefix (before the dash) of each ticket ID's.
Token CSR Authorization token. You can get the token by logging into the Parature Service Desk and going to the "My Settings" page. Near the bottom of the page is the "API Authentication Token". Copy and paste that value into the Connection.

If you do not have a token generated, click the "Generate Token" button. Note that your user account must have an API license enabled and an API Role granted.


Technical Note: The HTTPS certificate to Parature is automatically handled by the Connector. You do not need to manually import a Certificate Component.
