4.3.4 - Purging Atom Logs

While an Atom is running and executing Processes, it stores a number of logs and data files locally that can be viewed from the Manage Tab. Files from Process executions older than 30 days are automatically purged from the Atom. If you process large volumes of data often you may want reduce the number of days' worth of history maintained to conserve disk space on the local machine.

The purge schedule runs every night at 12:00 am (midnight). This cannot be modified.

Purged logs and data files are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If your integration scenario requires you to maintain a longer history of Documents for audit purposes, you should use Connector Operation archiving or write data received and/or sent to another location as part of your Process.

Configuration

To change the number of days of execution history to maintain:

  1. Go to the Manage Tab.
  2. Click the name of the Atom from the list within the Atom Explorer.
  3. On the General Tab, modify the Purge History After x Days value and click Save & Close.
