The Manage menu provides a consolidated view of all the integration activity within your account for deployed Processes. This includes Atom status and historical Process execution results. You can view data that has been processed and troubleshoot errors. Each time a Process runs, the results of that execution and detailed logs are collected by AtomSphere and displayed here.
When you click the Manage menu you can select one of the following:
Process Reporting

Executions, Documents or Trading Partners
The left side of the Process Reporting page allows you to set search parameters for Process executions, documents, or trading partners. The search parameters change based on which category you select.
- Executions -- Search for Process executions within a specific time and/or date range.
- Documents -- Search for documents by time and/or date, tracked fields, or Connector type.
- Trading Partners -- Search for trading partner documents by time and/or date, tracked fields, trading partner, document standard or type, or ISA or GS control number.
The Atoms section displays a list of the Atoms deployed for your account and their current status. You can execute Processes manually by clicking the green arrow icon next to the Atom and selecting a Process. The Advanced section allows you to search all accounts.
Search Results
The right side of the Process Reporting page displays the results of your search. Process executions and documents have a green or red icon indicating success or failure. You can filter the list by error, pending, or success status.
Clicking a Process execution's row displays more detailed information in the bottom half of the page. On the Inbound Data and Outbound Data tabs you can view individual document logs, view the corresponding outbound and inbound documents, view the actual data contents and re-run a document. Use the logs to help troubleshoot errors and to determine why a document failed.
For more information, see Process Reporting.
