Web Service Publishing (SOA Framework) is available in the Enterprise Edition and as an add-on for the Professional Edition. Contact your Dell Boomi Sales Representative for more information.
Before publishing web services, you should be familiar with general process development, process deployment and the Dell Boomi Atom.
Web Service Publishing allows Dell Boomi customers to turn any integration process into a web service that can then be deployed on premise or in Dell Boomi's Atom Cloud. Web services deployed in the atom cloud can be dynamically invoked by any cloud or on-premise application through connect.boomi.com. All web services, whether deployed on premise or "in the cloud", are then managed from one central location in AtomSphere to help extend and strengthen existing governance policies.
Deploying a process to an atom that contains a web services server connector will launch the web service and web server that will listen for requests or documents. Review the links below to understand how a web service process can be configured, published and invoked.
